I use a program called AMMYY_Admin which is a well-known, free remote-control program. When we agree on a time for me to take a look at your computer, you download/run the program and give me the Computer ID presented in the program window. I'll be able to see your screen and control your computer until you break the connection.

Once connected I can either fix the problem or determine that I'll need to come in person. For remote service, I bill in 15 minute increments of my work time (60 shekels/quarter hour including VAT). This can be a big savings for you because even if fixing the problem takes an hour or longer, I might only be working for 15 minutes or half an hour. While your computer is running various procedures, I'll be doing my own work.
